What Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use It?
When you place an order, we ask you to provide information to complete your order by filling out and submitting an online form. This information includes your name, telephone numbers, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card information. All information regarding our online customers is stored on a highly secured server that is not accessible through the Internet.
To continuously assess the value of our online shopping experience, we may track the way customers use our site; however, this information is analyzed only in the aggregate and not at the individual level. K&R Adventure Gear has a strong history of providing excellent customer service and our goal is to continue this tradition online. To this end, the information you provide us will help us tailor our communications and product offerings so that you receive more of what you want and less of what you do not want when shopping with us through knradventuregear.com.
With your permission, from time to time, we may notify you of special offers and/or send you online information that may be of interest to you based on information you have given us and on your buying history at K&R Adventure Gear.
Shipping: Most deliveries are made through UPS, Fed-Ex or US Postal Service. For other delivery options, please email us or call 1-208-380-9144.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted by phone or e-mail within 24 hours.
Returns/Exchanges: If what you ordered doesn't fit or isn't what you expected it to be, you may send the package back to us with a copy of your invoice. Please communicate with us your return/exchange information. Purchaser must contact Ultimate Adventure Gear for a Return Authorization number to return/exchange items, and the items must be sent to us via UPS, Fed-Ex or Certified mail. Items sent back to us for return/exchange must be visibly marked with the Return Authorization number in order for a refund or exchange to be made by Ultimate Adventure Gear. There may be up to a 15% restocking fee on returned orders, dependent on the specific order and our discretion. Orders that are for exchanges will not be charged a restocking fee. Original shipping charges on returned orders will not be refunded by Ultimate Adventure Gear, even if Ultimate Adventure Gear paid for the original shipping costs.
Items must be returned new and unused and in original packaging for a full refund or exchange. All return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility. Ultimate Adventure Gear will pay for ground shipping on outbound exchanges.
We want you to be satisfied, so if you ever have a question on anything you bought from us, just call or email us. Returns are only accepted if merchandise is unused and is returned to Ultimate Adventure Gear, post marked within 20 days of original shipping date. For returns and exchanges, Ultimate Adventure Gear will not accept merchandise post marked after 20 days from original shipping date. No refunds given on used merchandise.
Refunds: No refunds will be given until the item(s) are received in unused condition by Ultimate Adventure Gear. Refunds are given only on returns. However, there may be up to a 15% restocking fee on returned orders, dependent on the specific order and our discretion, on all orders that are not exchanges.
Limited Warranties: Most of the manufacturers of the products we sell have a limited warranty. A limited warranty guarantees against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover the normal breakdown of materials that can be expected over time, and the misuse of the product. In the unlikely event that a product purchased from us has a manufacturing defect, please call or email us and we will discuss the problem. We will let you know where to send the item for repair or replacement.
In-stock Delivery Times: For all in-stock items please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Un-stocked Delivery Times: For all items not stocked please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Back Orders: Our goal is to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, there are times that certain products are not available. We will notify you about these situations and adjust your order and shipping accordingly. If you decide to put products on back order and we have not shipped your back order within 30 days, we will notify you prior to shipping the item's. All International orders with any back ordered items may be held until the order is complete to avoid unnecessary freight charges to the customer. If an item is no longer available it will be canceled from your order and you will be notified.
Special Orders: If you are looking for a product that isn't in our online catalog, chances are that we haven't added it to our website yet and it is in-stock, or it is not stocked but we can get it for you. Please give us a call or send us an email if you are looking for these kinds of items, and we will let you know if we can get them for you. Non-stock special orders will ship on their own order.
Gift Certificates & Orders: Gift certificates are available in any amount. Please email or call us for details.
Damaged Packages: In the event you receive a damaged package or merchandise that has been damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials, the box, and the damaged item'(s) and contact us immediately. We will instruct you what to do and we may arrange for a reshipment at that time also.
Some Colors May Vary: Ultimate Adventure Gear can't offer specific color or pattern choices for items such as chalk bags, anodized carabiners, holds, sleeping bags and other certain items. The manufacturers and suppliers select colors and patterns based on available materials or dyes, usually in an effort to help you save money.
