Be sure to include an email address and/or a telephone number with your order so that we may contact you if necessary. Payments may be made by credit card, bank to bank wire transfer, money orders and certified checks drawn on US funds, or personal checks (Canada, APO, FPO, US Territories only). We may require payment by wire transfer on certain orders. Orders will not ship until payment is processed.
All freight charges, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. We ship via US Postal Service (USPS) Parcel Post Surface, Parcel Post Airmail, Express, or UPS International Air. If you specify postal delivery (USPS) K & R Adventure gear will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. A complete address must accompany each order as K & R Adventure Gear will not refund freight charges on undeliverable packages that are returned to us. Back Orders: All International orders with any back ordered items may be held until complete to avoid unnecessary freight charges to the customer. If an item is no longer available it will be cancelled from your order and you will be notified.
International Shipping Rates: The shipping rates quoted/calculated on our website for overseas by surface and overseas by air are approximate and are based on USPS Parcel Post rates. Certain countries may have higher rates than those calculated on our website, especially if you request delivery by UPS International Air or USPS Express instead of Parcel Post. If this is the case with your order, we will contact you by email or otherwise to let you know what your shipping cost will be, if the package can be insured and how much it will be insured for. Please indicate in the "Shipping Instructions/Comments" section on our website or in your email or phone order if you would like your order shipped by UPS International Air or USPS Express instead of Parcel Post, or if you require other shipping arrangements. In these cases, we will contact you with shipping prices.
